Pomegranate Arugula Salad

Rachael Ray served this at my house and we said it was “the best salad we ever ate!” Pomegranate juice is simmered for 2 hours to create molasses for the homemade dressing. The salad is then topped with fresh pomegranates, cranberries, walnuts and parmesan cheese.

Hot Artichoke Fontina Cheese Dip

Fontina cheese is a delicious Italian cheese with a mild, earthy flavor. Compliments nicely with the artichokes. Served warm with crackers or melba toasts.

Jumbo Lump Crab Dip

Made only with quality jumbo lump meat. From a little bit of wine, lemon zest and a long list of ingredients, this dip is creamy, rich and delicious. Served with French bread cubes.
